Common questions about pricing.
Do I need a credit card to start on Free?
No. You can sign up for the Free plan with just your email address — no payment details required. You're only prompted for a card when you choose to upgrade.
What happens when I hit my monthly email limit?
On Free, sending pauses until your limit resets at the start of your next monthly cycle. On Starter, Growth, and Pro, emails above your plan limit are sent at $1 per 1,000 additional emails and billed at the end of your billing period. You'll receive an in-app warning as you approach your limit.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What's the difference between Standard, Secure, and Premium sending?
Standard (Free) uses a shared IP pool with basic deliverability. Secure (Starter & Growth) adds custom domain authentication — DKIM, SPF, and DMARC — which significantly improves inbox placement and protects your sender reputation. Premium (Pro) provides dedicated IP pools, which means your sending reputation is entirely your own, with advanced monitoring and a priority sending queue.
What does "Unlimited contacts" mean on paid plans?
On Starter and above, there is no hard cap on the number of contacts you can store. Billing is based on emails sent, not contacts stored. You can import, segment, and manage as many contacts as you need.
Is AI Copilot really only available on Pro?
Yes. AI Copilot is exclusive to the Pro plan. It includes draft creation (generate workflow, segment, and campaign drafts with AI) and insights & optimization (lead insight summaries, performance diagnosis, and send-time optimization). The AI Writing Assistant (email rewriting, subject line generation, landing page copy improvements) is available on Growth and Pro. Nura, the onboarding assistant, is included on every plan including Free.
Can I try Growth or Pro features before committing?
Yes — you can start a trial when signing up. AI-powered onboarding will guide you through setup, and you can explore all features during your trial period.
