HubSpot integration
Starter+Sync contact records, tags, lead scores, and engagement events bidirectionally with HubSpot. New contacts created in either system appear in both. Lead score and lifecycle stage update in HubSpot as contacts engage in FlowNurture.
Salesforce integration
Starter+Push enriched contact data and engagement activity to Salesforce leads and contacts. Sync lead score and segment membership back to Salesforce fields — so your reps know who's warm before they pick up the phone.
Pipedrive integration
Starter+Create and update Pipedrive persons and deals from FlowNurture contact activity. Trigger deal creation when a contact reaches a lead score threshold — so your pipeline reflects actual marketing intent.
Signed webhooks
Send real-time event payloads to any endpoint when a contact submits a form, completes a workflow step, or reaches a score threshold. All webhook deliveries are signed with HMAC-SHA256 — your endpoint can verify authenticity before processing.
Encrypted CRM credentials
CRM connection credentials (API keys, OAuth tokens) are encrypted at rest. They are never exposed in logs or API responses, and can be revoked from the Settings page at any time.
Scoped API keys
Generate API keys with explicit read/write scope for specific resources. Integrate FlowNurture into custom workflows, internal tools, or data pipelines — with access limited to exactly what each integration needs.

Lead submits a FlowNurture form
A new contact is created in FlowNurture. The HubSpot integration creates or updates the corresponding contact record in HubSpot immediately.
Workflow nurture begins
FlowNurture runs the lead through a welcome and nurture sequence. Each engagement event — email open, link click — is synced to the HubSpot contact's activity timeline.
Lead score accumulates in FlowNurture
As the contact engages, their lead score increases. The score is written back to a custom HubSpot contact property in real time.
Score threshold fires a HubSpot deal
When the contact reaches the configured score threshold, FlowNurture triggers a webhook or workflow action that creates a deal in HubSpot for the sales team.
Sales follow-up with full context
The sales rep opens the HubSpot deal and sees the contact's full FlowNurture engagement history — what they opened, what they clicked, and what they scored — before making contact.
