Set Up Your Workspace
Configure your FlowNurture workspace — organization name, timezone, team members, and initial settings.
After creating your account, the first step is configuring your workspace. This sets the foundation for everything you build in FlowNurture.
Organization settings
Go to Settings → Profile to configure:
- Organization name — appears in internal references and team views
- Timezone — affects scheduled campaign send times and analytics date ranges
Invite team members
On Starter and above, you can invite additional team members.
Go to Settings → Team to:
- Invite members by email
- Assign roles (ORG_ADMIN or MEMBER)
- Remove team members
Free plan
The Free plan supports one team member. Upgrade to Starter or above for unlimited team members.
Sender setup
Your next step is verifying your sender details. This is required before you can send any emails.
Go to Settings → Sender and follow the instructions in Verify Your Sender Details.
Recommended setup order
- Confirm organization name and timezone
- Verify sender email
- Import contacts or create a capture form
- Create your first segment
- Build your first workflow or campaign
Each step builds on the previous one. You don't need to complete everything at once — but sender verification should happen before you try to send any email.
