Why we built this
Nura was originally available only inside the app as an onboarding guide for new users. That meant visitors researching FlowNurture had to create an account and log in before they could ask a single question.
That felt backwards. If you're evaluating whether FlowNurture is right for your team, you should be able to ask questions and get real answers immediately — not after filling out a signup form.
How it works
Look for the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of any page on our website. Click it, and Nura opens in a lightweight chat panel right where you are.
Nura knows FlowNurture's product inside and out:
- Features — workflows, campaigns, segments, forms, landing pages, AI tools
- Pricing — what's included on each plan, how billing works, what you get for free
- Use cases — lead nurturing, customer onboarding, re-engagement, sales follow-up
- Getting started — what to do first, how long setup takes, what integrations are available
Ask a question in plain language and Nura responds in a few seconds. Each response includes suggested follow-up questions so you can keep exploring without typing.
What Nura can and cannot do
Nura can:
- Answer questions about FlowNurture features, pricing, and use cases
- Explain how specific capabilities work (e.g., "How do workflow conditions work?")
- Suggest the right plan for your needs
- Point you to the right page — pricing, demo booking, or signup
Nura cannot:
- Access your account data (there is no login)
- Make changes to any workspace
- Answer questions about other products
This is a read-only, anonymous assistant. No data is stored between sessions.
Still available inside the app
If you're already a FlowNurture user, the full Nura onboarding experience inside the app hasn't changed. The in-app version tracks your setup progress, walks you through each step, and adapts to your workspace — that's still the best way to get started after you sign up.
The website version is a simpler, faster way to learn about FlowNurture before you commit.
