AI Copilot Overview
What AI Copilot does, who can use it, and how to access each capability — workflow generation, segment recommendations, campaign strategy, lead insights, performance diagnosis, and send-time optimization.
AI Copilot is FlowNurture's Pro-only AI assistant. It helps you generate drafts and analyze your marketing data — without taking automated actions on your behalf.
Who can use it
AI Copilot requires the Pro plan. Other AI features:
- Nura (onboarding assistant) — all plans
- AI Writing Assistant — Growth and above
- AI Copilot — Pro only
What AI Copilot does
Draft creation
These features generate AI output and save it as a draft you review before activating:
- Workflow generation — describe your goal and audience, Copilot creates a complete workflow draft with steps, delays, and conditions
- Segment recommendations — get AI-recommended segments with suggested rules, save as a draft segment
- Campaign strategy — generate messaging angles, subject lines, CTAs, and follow-up ideas, save as a draft campaign
Analysis and insights
These features analyze your data and return recommendations. No records are created:
- Lead insights — analyze contact database health, scoring patterns, and engagement trends
- Performance diagnosis — identify why a workflow or campaign is underperforming, with root causes and quick wins
- Send-time optimization — get data-driven send window recommendations based on actual engagement patterns

What AI Copilot does NOT do
Review-first by design
AI Copilot does not auto-send emails, auto-activate workflows, auto-schedule campaigns, or auto-enroll contacts. Everything it creates is a draft you review before it goes live.
Tips for better results
- Be specific — "5-email trial nurture for SaaS signups" produces better output than "marketing workflow"
- Describe the audience clearly — the more context you provide, the more relevant the output
- Review before saving — check copy, conditions, timing, and targeting
- Use analysis before major sends — run Lead Insights or Performance Diagnosis before launching a campaign or activating a workflow
