AI Copilot now analyzes your email deliverability
Get AI-powered root cause analysis, prioritized actions, and a plain-language summary of your deliverability health — built on top of FlowNurture's rules-based monitoring system.
AI Copilot can now analyze your email deliverability data and give you a prioritized action plan — written in plain language, grounded in your actual metrics.
This is a Pro feature that layers on top of the rules-based Deliverability Dashboard. The system tells you what's happening. Copilot tells you what to do about it.
How it works
AI Copilot reads the structured output from FlowNurture's deliverability monitoring system — your health score, alerts, recommendations, provider breakdown, failure categories, and recent suppression events — and produces a focused analysis.
The analysis includes:
Summary
A 2–3 sentence plain-language assessment of your current deliverability situation. If things are healthy, it says so. If there are issues, it explains what matters most.
Root causes
When problems exist, Copilot identifies the likely causes — using hedged language ("likely driven by," "suggests," "appears to be") because correlation is not always causation.
Priorities
Up to three ranked priorities, each with a title and explanation of why it matters. The highest-priority item always addresses the most severe issue detected by the rules-based system.
Action plan
Concrete steps you can take inside FlowNurture — specific enough to act on immediately. Each action includes the expected impact so you can evaluate the tradeoff.
Confidence level
Every analysis includes a self-assessed confidence level:

| Medium | Reasonable signals but some ambiguity |
| Low | Sparse data or unclear patterns (e.g., very few sends) |
What it doesn't do
AI Copilot Deliverability is interpretive, not authoritative. It does not:
- Override FlowNurture's health status or alert severity
- Modify your sending behavior or suppression settings
- Invent metrics that aren't in your data
- Auto-fix configuration issues
- Replace the rules-based monitoring system
The rules-based system is always the source of truth. Copilot helps you understand it and act on it faster.
Where to find it
Open Analytics → Email tab. Scroll past the health panel, alerts, and recommendations. You'll see the AI Copilot Deliverability Analysis panel with a "Run Analysis" button.
The analysis runs on demand — it's not automatic. Click "Run Analysis" when you want an assessment. The current time range and provider filters are included in the analysis context.
If you change filters, the previous analysis clears so you can re-run with the new scope.

Run AI Copilot after reviewing your alerts and recommendations. The AI has access to the same data — it adds interpretation, prioritization, and a concrete action plan on top of what the rules-based system already surfaced.
