We've improved the workflow monitoring experience to give you better visibility into how your automations are performing.
What's new
Step-level completion tracking
The workflow monitor now shows completion rates for each individual step — not just overall enrollment status. You can see exactly where contacts are progressing smoothly and where they're stalling or dropping off.
Failure details
When a step fails (e.g. an email can't be sent because the contact is suppressed), the monitor now shows the specific failure reason alongside the step, rather than just marking the enrollment as "FAILED."
Enrollment status at a glance
The enrollment list view now shows a clearer breakdown of ACTIVE, PAUSED, COMPLETED, and FAILED enrollments with inline counts and status badges — no need to click through to see the distribution.
Where to find it
Open any workflow and click Monitor to see the updated view. These improvements are available on all plans.
