New Feature

The new Deliverability Dashboard gives you full visibility into how your emails are performing at the provider level — not just open and click rates, but actual send outcomes, failure categories, provider comparisons, and suppression trends.

It's built into the Analytics Email tab and works with both Resend and Amazon SES.

What's new

Health scoring

FlowNurture now evaluates your deliverability health automatically and surfaces a clear status: Healthy, At Risk, or Critical.

The health score is based on five key metrics measured against industry-standard thresholds:

MetricAt RiskCritical
Complaint rate0.05%0.1%
Hard bounce rate2%5%
Failed send rate1%3%
Suppression growth0.5%2%
Config/auth errorsAny detected

When something needs attention, you'll see exactly what triggered the status and why.

Alerts

Deliverability alerts appear automatically when metrics cross a threshold. Each alert includes a severity level (critical or warning), a clear title, and a specific message explaining the issue — including the actual numbers.

Examples:

  • Critical: "Complaint rate is 0.12% (threshold: 0.10%). ISPs may block your sends."
  • Warning: "Hard bounce rate is 2.5% (warning threshold: 2%). Review your contact list."
  • Warning: "Repeated throttling detected. Consider reducing send volume."

Recommendations

Below alerts, FlowNurture surfaces actionable recommendations organized by category:

  • Audience — clean your list, review import sources, improve targeting
  • Configuration — verify sender domain, fix credentials, review provider settings
  • Sending practice — reduce frequency, spread sends, upgrade provider plan
  • Reputation — investigate suppression spikes, review email content

Recommendations are derived directly from your alerts — if there's no alert, there's no recommendation.

Delivery performance KPIs

Six stat cards show your delivery metrics for the selected time window:

  • Attempted — total send attempts (excludes test sends)
  • Sent — provider accepted delivery
  • Failed — provider rejected or errored
  • Skipped — blocked by safety checks (suppressed, unsubscribed)
  • Send Rate — percentage of attempts that succeeded
  • Suppressed — contacts currently blocked from receiving email

Provider breakdown

If you're sending through multiple providers (Resend and Amazon SES), the dashboard shows a per-provider comparison with sent, failed, and skipped counts — so you can spot provider-specific issues immediately.

Delivery trend chart

A daily time-series chart shows sent, failed, and skipped volumes over time. Filter by time range (7–90 days) and provider to isolate patterns.

Failure breakdown

When sends fail, the dashboard categorizes them by root cause:

  • Throttled — provider rate-limited your sends
  • Provider Error — temporary server-side failures (retryable)
  • Invalid Recipient — permanent delivery failure (bad address)
  • Config Error — domain verification or sender identity issue
  • Auth Error — invalid API key or credentials

This tells you whether failures are transient (worth retrying) or structural (need fixing).

Suppression activity

A recent events table shows the latest bounce and complaint suppressions — including the affected email address, reason, source (webhook), and timestamp.

Pre-send audience quality

When creating a campaign, the Schedule & Send step now shows an Audience Breakdown panel:

  • Total Audience — how many contacts match your targeting
  • Eligible — how many will actually receive the email
  • Excluded — how many are blocked, broken out by reason:
    • Unsubscribed
    • Suppressed (bounced or complained)
    • Missing email

This helps you catch list quality issues before you hit send — not after.

Where to find it

Open Analytics → Email tab. The deliverability dashboard is the first thing you'll see.

Use the time range buttons (7d to 90d) and provider filter to narrow the view. Everything updates in real time as you change filters.

The pre-send audience breakdown appears automatically in Campaigns → New → Schedule & Send.

Plan availability

The Deliverability Dashboard is available on Growth and Pro plans as part of advanced analytics. The pre-send audience breakdown is available on all plans.

Pair with AI Copilot

On Pro, you can run an AI-powered deliverability analysis that interprets your health data, identifies root causes, and builds a prioritized action plan. Look for the "Run Analysis" button in the AI Copilot panel below the recommendations section.
